Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

The main difference between your regular cleaning vs deep cleaning is the attention to detail. While regular cleaning is for the health and cleanliness upkeep of your space, deep cleaning is a lot more extensive than your standard regular clean. Deep cleaning goes further to get rid of dirt, grime, soap scum, and other gunk around your home. It's a more thorough service than the regular cleaning.

How often should I have my space cleaned?

Regular cleans should be done at least once every 2 weeks in order to keep up the cleanliness and health of your space. For deep cleans, it should be done if your space has not been professionally cleaned for 2 months. However, if your space is cleaned on a regular basis, a deep clean can be done once every 3 to 4 months.

Which cleaning service do you recommend for first-time clients?

A deep clean is recommended for all first-time cleaning. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. It also gives us the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with your space. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a regular biweekly clean.

Will I need to be home during the cleaning session?

No! However, if it is your initial clean, we recommend that you be there during some portion of the clean. This helps to build a relationship and also understand your preferences and have questions answered.

How long are the cleaning sessions?

Regular cleans will take approximately 2 hours and deep cleans will take approximately 4 hours. If extra time is required (most often during deep cleans), we will communicate that with you and extra charges may apply.
